At AirGlowCO, we want to make your shopping experience simple, convenient, and stress-free. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders!

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden shipping fees. The available shipping options and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Your order will be delivered according to the shipping option and estimated delivery timeframe you select at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or customs processing.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed before being dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [your support email]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
